Q: How big are the BigFigs?
- The base figure is 16” tall. With accessories like hats or hair our figs can be 18” or even taller.

Q: How much do the BigFigs weigh?
- The base BigFig weighs about 3 1/2 pounds.

Q: Are the BigFigs customizable?
- Yes! You can choose colors, accessories, and unit numbers.
- After your order, we’ll contact you to finalize your customizations.

Q: How do I place an order?
- Add all desired items to your cart.
- Complete checkout using our secure payment system.

Q: Can I add accessories after placing my order?
- Yes. Just contact us before your order ships.
- We’ll provide an invoice for the additional items.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal through Shopify’s secure payment system.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
- Shipping is free when you order your BigFig and accessories together.
- Shipping is also included for additional accessory orders over $50.
- Please note, international orders are excluded from our free shipping promotion
Q: Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship worldwide. Free shipping is not available for international orders.
- Shipping costs vary by country. Please use the shipping cost estimator to get an estimate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
- Production: 3–7 business days depending on your customizations.
- Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.; international shipping may take longer.
Q: What if I forgot an accessory or want to change my order?
- Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can adjust or add accessories.
Custom / Special Orders
Q: How can I order a custom figures?
- Please contact us and let us know what you want. We will create a mock-up of your fig and let you know the cost for the custom fig.
- From there we create a custom listing for you with pictures and a price for you to purchase your fig.

Q: How do I order additional accessories?
- Contact us directly with the accessories you want.
- We’ll send an invoice and ship the items once payment is received.
Q: Can I request a completely new accessory?
- Yes, we love creating new pieces! Contact us with your idea, and we’ll discuss feasibility and pricing.
Damage & Warranty
Q: What should I do if part of my order arrives damaged?
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item.

- We’ll provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes, all BigFigs come with a limited damage warranty covering manufacturing defects and shipping incidents.
